The Pastoral Search Team is moving toward having a packet for approval.

Congregational Meeting
Congregational Meeting is this Sunday after church. Meeting agenda and jobs were planned.

New LT members
A discussion was held about how to best assimilate the new members into the LT to build trust and optimal working relationships.

Annual Staff Review Process
Updates need to be approved.

Cell Phone Plans
The staff cell phone plan is expiring at the end of this month. Staff will receive a stipend for their own phone plans in the future.

Finances
Jami reviewed the current financial report.
