Leadership Team Minutes

FEBRUARY 5, 2009, 6:30 PM

Present:  Bill, Bryan, Barb, Matt, Dan, Aaron, Dave
Absent: Jamie (marriage), Becky (Pastoral Search Team), Staff (by request)

The meeting started at 6:40 with a time of open prayer closed by Aaron.

The agenda of the meeting to welcome and introduce the four new members to the purposes of and current issues facing the LT was discussed so that all members could begin functioning with a common level of understanding.

An informal flow chart was discussed with the Congregation on top, the LT as the their elected representatives with the Senior Pastor as the link to the staff and the NIKE team as a tremendous support team.

A time of getting to know each other followed.

A financial overview was discussed.

We heard an update regarding the Pastoral Search Team.

The Creekside 10th Birthday party budget was approved at $1500.

Aaron closed the meeting in prayer at 9:30.
